Arrow Leadership ProgramTM

A 12 to 18-month transformational experience utilizing a multi-layered approach that shapes and sharpens leaders for a lifetime of significant Kingdom impact. We offer two “streams” of the program (offered traditionally in face-to-face cohorts as well as in a special virtual cohorts):

  • Emerging Stream: For younger CPD leaders (ages 25-40) to accelerate growth and development in calling, character, and competency.
    • $500 discount for the virtual edition
    • $500 discount for the face-to-face edition

  • Executive Stream: For increasing an executive leader’s capacity and effectiveness in personal, team, and organizational leadership.
    • $500 discount for the virtual edition
    • $1,000 discount for the face-to-face edition

Sharpening Leaders InitiativeTM

A developmental experience delivered locally (i.e., at a location determined by the partner) encompassing 4 one-day leadership retreats, 3 webinars, bi-monthly learning community meetings, and monthly e-resources. A new all-virtual delivery encompassing 8 virtual summits is also available.

A 5% discount is given either on a per-participant fee basis or on an organizational fee basis.

Customized Workshops & Programs

Arrow Leadership provides a wide variety of workshops, programs, and speakers who can speak on various leadership and organizational topics.

The discount level depends on the nature of the workshop, seminar, or program.

Exceptional resources to equip and multiply CPD pastoral, ministry, and administrative leaders, including:

  • Free monthly leadership blog through SharpeningLeaders.com

  • Free webinars on a variety of topics with leading experts

  • Day events (5% discount)

  • Leadership Tune-Up and Team Tune-Up, which include an online assessment, personal coaching session, and 90-day action plan (10% discount)

  • Executive Performance Review, which includes personal interviews, a 360-degree survey, report, and personalized coaching (10% discount)

  • Tools such as books, training materials, assessments, peer mentoring programs, video curriculum, etc. available at the Arrow Online Store (Standing 10% discount, plus increased discount for increasing quantity of materials purchased)
